I had a weigh in yesterday and was happy to see that I dropped another kilo! That means 2 kilos in 1 week of working out!

I didn't work out yesterday, because I had to work and we had to go to bed early, seeing that I had to take my man to the airport early this morning.

When I got back home, I did my hour of elliptical. And I beat myself again: 20 km in 47:48. That means that in exactly 7 days I took 12:17 off of the time I need for the 20 km! So excited about this!

I too,a detox bath after the work-out, going to eat lunch now and then do something fun with the kids.
