I am tired of my blood pressure being a problem. It's almost every time I get it measured it is high and the medical professional is always asking if I am on any medication for it. I don't want it to get to the point where I will have to be medicated for it. I am 22. I am much too young to be on high blood pressure medication. I've talked to my friends and dentist (he was the last straw when I couldn't get some simple fillings because my blood pressure was too high)and I have a general idea of what I need to do. My only question remaining is how to reduce my sodium intake. It is hard to do when eating and living on a college campus. How do I know what level of sodium intake do I need to be at?
