I only weigh myself twice a week because my goal is going to take months. I'm at stand still. Best part is I feel great. I also have psoriatic arthritis. My joints feel amazing hardly any pain and I was living life everyday with pain. The consequences I face is lose this weight or face more possible severe problems. This is my choice and I'm choosing the healthy eat process its easier for me them to go back to what I was doing. My weight is psychological for me. I lost over 40 and then I got sick. The medication I was placed on cause 70 pound weight gain and then doctor's said if I eat healthy. I would get better. What the heck! I was doing all before I got sick. I felt discouraged and hopeless.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
