Today's lunch and snack
LUNCH: pasta + chickpea with onion, garlic, turkey rashers and mushrooms. Made sauce of aquafaba, peanut butter and spinach + seasonings and nutritional yeast
(just realised it sounds grose :D but tasted great I promis :))

@adpreso I don't do recipes, I love experimenting in the kitchen, so my food often sounds iffy, as you would say 😃 but in general people agree that my food is tasty, so it's working out somehow 🤣
