All that extra exercise I journaled about garnered me 1 extra pound this week. That is to say unless I put on muscle to compensate. Won't know until June when I do the InBody. That being said, just a chunk at a time. Keep hacking away at all that extra weight.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
