Lost a huge amount of weight in last 3 days; that's great! But it's 11:30 am and I'm hungry, slight headache, a little off kilter. May just be my body adjusting to much lower carbos, but feels like this won't be sustainable over long haul. So ... need some nutrition ideas! Can I eat 2 eggs ev day?
