Well I really messed up last night after a good day - I was still working at 8:00 and thought I would just have some tomato soup, that led to crackers and then I got hungry and wanted to eat everything in sight BUT I did still have a net loss of calories, how come I put on another pound when I weighed this morning? I think that I need to be able to record measurements because maybe I am gaining muscle from all the cycling, canoing etc.
