Meeting my challenge and journaling daily on Fooducate as it records basic nutritional values. Zigzagging on food choices. One day is very good and another really bad. This too shall pass.
Also good with Mini Challenge and eating breakfast daily. Of course there have only been two days for this challenge but I am really psyched about it and believe this will assist me in creating better food choices/habits.
