So this week is going a lot better than the previous weeks. I've been recording everything I've been eating, and even though I've been maxing out around 1500, I still feel good. I've ran twice this week, I did zumba Wednesday, and I did yoga last night, with another run scheduled tonight. I'm feeling really good. I've also ran 4 miles straight through for the first time in my life last week!! The longest I've ever done was 3.75 like 2 years ago.
Next week my training program is calling for 5 miles, so we'll see if I'll actually be able to do that. ;)
