First attempt at making chicken salad using leftover from our whole chicken! Wasn’t bad, definitely need to adjust some spice/salt/creamy levels to add it into regular rotation but all in all it hit the spot!

Nice job. May I suggest adding little onion, celery, pecans and red seedless Grapes? That's my favorite chicken salad add ons but options are almost endless.

I love blobing piles of salad on lettuce leaves like this. Lettuce is such a great vehicle for food. Don't get me wrong, I love me some bread, but there's something crispy and refreshing about making little lettuce rollups
