Wow I am dragging. First few days back from vacation and the heat are wearing me out. Can only find enough energy to go to work and back home normal household activities. Going to try and excercise tm regardless. See if that helps. Hope everyone had a great day.

I know that feeling well. I have ditched the Gym for a week now as well. I dont know why I always feel so much better when I go. I imagine it is the same for you so get back in there Maw and inspire me!
