My goal is 165 too! I started at 250 on Feb. 5th....as of today I am at 222. What works for me is not to diet! Did that all my life and it never worked. I eat pretty much what I did before but figure out how to prepare it fat free as possible and eat smaller portions. I am not a big sweet eater and that helps. What helps me soo much is Parkay fat free butter spray. I can have it on all my food and cant tell the difference. Hope this helps. We can do this!! I was so bad off I had a cane near by in case I needed it! Now I have so much energy!
