My nutritionist knows what she is talking about! I rarely hit my daily calorie goal but last 2 days have exceeded it, not by much but it goes to show, it's not always about how much you eat but what you eat. I think I needed more food to fuel my body for the workouts I'm doing. I have more energy and am finally starting to feel stronger. Maintenance can be tricky and finding a balance is sometimes difficult. Thanks to all of you who support me!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Otb, maintenance is such a slippery slope. Sometimes it gives me false confidence that I can go off and eat whatever I want. That doesn't work for me. I'm older and do have to watch what I eat...I am trying to get back to a better WOE. You are doing great! 💪💪. Navywife, as always thank you for being there for me!!
