@blueydlatina and tamaraaugustin - I don’t really have a recipe but keep the shrimp fairly simple. I use large to jumbo shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning. I grill them over medium-high heat for a few minutes each side. During grilling I add in a pinch of minced garlic and a drizzle of lemon juice. That’s about it. The salad is just mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, carrots, jalapeños with 2 tablespoons of Newmans Ginger Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. I’d recommend topping it off with some Parmesan cheese. Hope that helps.
