Okay, beginning this journey one more time. Joined WLT last night. I have gained back the 9.8 pounds I lost last year on the challenge. My goal this time is to lose the 20 pounds which was my goal last year and to keep it off. One thing I did not realize last year that I do this year, the emphasis must be 80/20; 80% food and 20% exercise. I felt since I was exercising I could eat whatever I wanted. NOT TRUE!!!!!! Hopefully I will be able to transition to a complete change in my eating habits. I realize now that is the only way to achieve success. I want to be healthy and at 162 pounds I do not feel healthy.
