Actually started diet on Monday June 20, 2011 at 193 lbs. Lost 16 lbs in first 2 weeks. This is a much better start than I hoped for.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 8.0 lb a week

Thank you. It's really not a diet at all, it's just common sense living and bit of education about the science of food. The hardest part is menu creativity and changing your habits...but once you start...look out :)
