Good morning everyone! Although I'm here daily it seems I'm pretty overdo for a journal.
I have spent this past week recovering from the weekend. Had some drinks Saturday night that led to some hangover Sunday, and some poor eating choices. We all know one bad day (or weekend) doesn't ruin a weeks worth of progress though, so I put it behind me and moved on.
Settling into the back to school routine. We have started maternity nursing, and I'm loving it. Aced my first exam last night, of course ;). I'm really putting every ounce of effort I have into my studies now as next month I will be doing clinical rounds in labor & delivery, newborn care, and post partum care. May will be a crazy month!
Spring is setting in a bit, and I'm loving the fresh fruit and veg that are coming along with it. I've been doing a lot of work in my flower beds, getting them cleaned out and putting down fresh mulch. I'm hesitating to do too much though, because my landlords sold our property last week and I've yet to learn our fate from the new owners. We have been here almost five years, and it was my intention to stay until I finish school and we can buy a house. *Sigh* I hope we don't have to move any time soon, I just painted! We will see.
