Gurken schneiden und ca 5-10 Minuten in Salz marinieren. Gurkenstück danach kurz wässern und gründlich waschen und abtropfen lassen. Urken anschließend in eine Schüssel geben und Sojasauce, Reisessig, Süßstoff, gehackter Knoblaoch und Chiliflocken über die Gurken geben. Alles gut miteinander vermengen und ca. 15 Minuten ziehen lassen.

It is a very quick and simple version of oi kimchi, 오이 김치... I tried to use as little calories as possible. (maybe it is more like a very spicy version of a chinese or japanese cucumbersalat.) I marinaded the cucumbers with salt for 10 minutes and for the paste I just mixed gochugaru, garlic, light soy sauce, sweetener and rice vinegar.
