So I was the gym today doing my Monday body pump class,.We had a sub. She was really tough but good...I usually am one of the heaviest lifters in class. When we were doing squat track I had heavier weight on my bar than anyone else. As we were doing squats the instructor singles me out and says, " Great weight selection and form, Love to see seniors working out.." I was somewhat insulted.. Did I overreact? 😯🤣💪

Age is always singled out in sports. Tom Brady's age is constantly in discussion and so is LeBron's. Crossfit games have different age groups for seasoned individuals as well. Don't be insulted, own it. You're motivation for the younger individuals. You're showing them it's a lifestyle and not just a quick hobby or fad. Keep grinding!
