Today had breakfast with Dick, egg, 2 bacon, 2 sm. pcs. of multi-grain bread with 1 t. butter. For lunch I ate a small piece of cheese pizza with a salad of cauliflower, red pepper and tom. with balsamic home-made dressing. I went for a 15 minute bike ride with Dick. First time out this spring. Had a "Good to Go Bar" of Iced Cinnamon Pecan around 3:30pm. Tonight we are having roasted chicken for supper. We invited Scott and Rossana.
