Kris is out of town, so Chase and I did a mostly bodyweight workout:

Planks 2x30
Pistol squats (chase can do full ROM!!) 5x3
L-sits - 3x15
push ups - 3x10 (PR! full pushups for all 30!)
Cable kickbacks - 5x15, 25, 25
back extensions 3x10
tricep bench dips - 5, 25 plate x5, 25 plate x 5
bent over rows - 3x25 (much better weight control)
wall-stands - 3x15
frog stands - 3, middle one was my best one yet. might've been 30 seconds.
