My birthday ... started the day out right by going to the gym. Good workout with free weights (15 lb) and resistance machines.

My daughter made me breakfast ... cheese omelet, bacon, toast. Yummy. BUT loaded with calories and fat, so easy does it til dinner. We're having barbequed ribs, corn on the cob, and potato salad. Then I can spend the weekend working it all off.

Spice cake with peanut butter frosting for my birthday cake. It's my favorite so have to be careful with that.
