Greetings Buddies:

Aren't we all so very happy it is Friday? It seemed like a long week to me. I just came from a great workout and feel optimistic.

I am slowly preparing all my packing for my upcoming business trip. It is a seven day trip requiring a flight. I enjoy travel; but I am sorting through how I can maintain my routine.

The place has a gym that will presumably be open although they were renovating...and I requested a refrigerator for my room. I will make a stop at Whole Foods on my way to the hotel to get coconut oil, grass fed butter, avocado, blueberries, almond butter, etc.

My hope is to maintain the Bulletproof Coffee, and my protein shakes. Then I would only have to really work through dinner options. All the food is provided...so protein and fats will rule!

Ha Ha Buffy! It IS a work trip with training in a room with 80 other psychologists...how fun can that really be? Bwhahahaha!

HCB, I will be travelling too--although for pleasure rather than work. I was just packing up my protein shakes. I am glad that you will have the use of the gym. I know you were concerned about that. Good luck next week!

Nothing like a plan to find a way to succeed....that and the ability to accept a less than perfect outcome when away from home. Doing better than the average traveler, and staying as close as humanly possible to my usual routine without driving myself and others crazy is my usual goal when I travel. Sounds like you got it!
