[left][/left ]I made a pact with Dick, Perry, Mary Beth and myself to lose weight for health reasons by next Easter. I have found an exercise program on line that only takes 15 minutes a day. I can expand on this if I choose to. Since Monday, April 6, 2015, I have been careful with my meals.
