Starting day 5 of the Rotation diet, 1500 Cals. In the past 4 days I'm down almost 2 lbs so it appears the diet is working. It has impacted my exercise performance as I don't have the endurance I had when eating more calories. Exercise is part of the diet but it's more moderate than I'm used to.
I had my fit test last night and it was pretty dismal. I think the strenuous exercise I've had on 1200 Cals took its toll. I also had trouble with the intervals on the ladder after my test. I was doing 1 minute of high intensity followed by 1 minute of lower intensity. I was only able to get in 4 intervals and 12 minutes total time. I was pretty tired after that and really sweating. I'm guessing it was a good workout even though it was short.
I'm not sure if I'm going to work out tonight or not. Still dealing with personal issues and feeling kind of fatigued. We'll see how I feel this afternoon and I might go running after work.
I hope everyone had a great day!
