I've gained almost 10 lbs since March, time to lose that and get a little closer to my ideal weight of ~225 (I haven't been there in 20 years)
Planning on being on the diet through September, will start transitioning on Oct 1 and be completely off on Oct 31 (Halloween candy won't be missed)
