This is the time which I start wanting to eat because of boredom or whatever not because I’m actually hungry. Even though it is super early, sometimes I just go to bed when I get like this so I don’t have to deal with it. I’ll put baby to bed and just fall asleep on my chair until it’s time for my husband to go to work, then I’ll move to the bed.
I had that discussion with my husband earlier. When you want to eat, drink first because you’re probably not hungry. And if you wouldn’t want to eat an apple (or something similarly healthy) you’re not hungry.

Part of me can’t wait until I get to my grandma’s age because she doesn’t care, her mentality is she has lived long enough, she’s going to eat whatever the heck she wants. I picture focusing on what I’m eating like this long-term, and it’s just exhausting.

Me too. Night eating is rough. I will get out of bed at 11:00 PM and stand in front of the open fridge and eat cheese for no reason.
