WELL, DID NOT GET MY EXERCISE IN TODAY,PLAIN TOO DAMN BUSY BUT THESE DAYS HAPPEN OCCASIONALLY. DID ENJOY SOME DELICIOUS GRILLED SALMON TACOS FOR DINNER FROM A MENU FULL OF HIGH CALORIE BAR FOOD, SO I DID GOOD THERE, ND REALLY ENJOYED THE DINNER. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN A COUPLE MONTHS THAT THE LITTLE ARROW HAS POINTED UP (MORE IN THEN OUT) BUT MY AVAERAGE FOR THE WEEK SHOULD BE HUNKY DORY.
