My daily goals starting today for the next four weeks: 1) 64oz of water or more each day 2) Take all vitamins each day 3) Calorie intake between 1500-1700, with net of -200 to -500 4) 3 SNT and 1 floor-walk every day
I want to take in more water so that I will be hydrated, less hungry and less groggy. I want to take all vitamins so that I can perform at peak standards. I want to reduce my calorie intake so that I can adjust my appetite, have more control and be less susceptible to cravings.
