After less than a week on calorie count, eating 1300 calories and gaining weight, back on Atkins and down 2 pounds! I so wanted to eat carbs like popcorn and fruits that are coming into season like strawberries and watermelon but truth is, carbs don't fill you up so you end up hungry /o:
