3/31/15- Drank mostly liquids, Iced coffee with half and half, 2 chai teas with half n half, tomato broth with half n half, 3 chicken wings, pretzels with peanut butter, coleslaw and ground beef with a spoon of sour cream. Water. snacked on salad with grilled chicken and a mozerella ball. down 1.5 pounds.
