Finished the week out with exactly 1,500 average calories per day! Also got in my walking this morning, even though I didn’t want to! Drinking extra water today to hopefully flush this fluid retention out of my system. Still, not very optimistic about 2m0’s weigh-in. I at least hope and pray it won’t show a gain. I haven’t had a gain in 20 weeks, and have only had a zero loss once during that time. This is the end of week #21. Please, God, give me a loss in the morning. Not setting a daily average goal for next week. Just going to keep calories extra low Monday through Wednesday and try to send the most calorie-dense foods home with others.
