Both knees swollen and hurting this morning. Weight up some, too, probably from the inflammation. Very discouraging. I want to eat a bunch of candy, and I don’t want to do my walking! But, I’ve got this walking streak going, and I don’t want to break it after 27 consecutive days. And, weigh-in is 2m0 and so far I haven’t lost anything this week. I’ve also managed to stay under this week’s goal of 1,500 calorie average per day, and I don’t want to blow that after I’ve been working on it all week! Guess I’ll just have to suck it up, quit complaining, put on my big girl panties and do what I know is right - walking and staying within calorie goal. Sigh. No rest for the weary soul.
