How do you know if you're a binge eater? Yesterday I ate a yogurt, fruit and granola parfait, a sub from jimmy johns, french toast and then I snacked all day on fruit and baked tostitos and salsa, pretzels. I seem to snack all day long. Today so far I only had an english muffin with spray butter, lunch will be a lean quisine and I took out butterfly pork chops for dinner. I snack on welches fruit snacks and kashi bars at work. I also drink water flavored with cool aid. I know I like to snack all day so I try to choose healthy snacks. I snack when Im not hungry. I wish I had more will power to not snack.
