This is harder than I thought.. I don't mind sticking to the guidelines of the diet but that makes it almost impossible to eat out and needs a lot of time to prepare food and take it to work.. etc..
Well I've been struggling to get some exercise for a while.. well make time for it at least..
Will attempt again..
