I've been doing good the last few days, taking my vitamins and supplements. The other day I did 30 mins of my exercise video. My mom found me an exercise bike at a garage sale the other day. I used it today for the first time, I did 20 mins. Worked pretty good! I was good and wrote down all of my food today, 1482 woo! :)
