Got completely off track...no tracking, compulsive eating, late-night snacking. Yesterday I finally got back on track. What a struggle!

Noticed the things that attribute to overeating, some I can't control, some I can. Having too much disorder, not getting enough sleep, not pre-planning meals, and not taking time to take time to destress from work all seem to wear down my focus on healthy eating habits. Working on decluttering, prepping meals, and tracking weight/food again.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
