Solid day yesterday. Spin class at 6am followed by Stair Master routine with training partner. Lay out a Step with Weights do 5 Minutes High intensity stair master while Training partner does Step Ups with WEIGHTS. Then switch places. Very intense….especially if you add doing curls while stepping up.

The PM workout was a Squash match which I lost, Cannot play once a week and retain the racquet coordination needed.

Well….Onward and upwards!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Argh - how DO you workout at 6:00am? I could not do it. 9:00am is early for me!

Early morning workouts are the best…they jump start the day. They build routine and deliver the greatest sense of accomplishment. They are difficult but a great habit!
