Hey everybody! I am having such a healthy day so far! Can't wait to exercise. It's gonna be a great day. The only relatively fattening thing I may be eating today is a gelati. I'll have to order a small or medium. Gonna have a gelati date with my boyfriend tonight; a gelati and walking in the park. Will we burn those gelatis off? Have to walk at a moderate-fast pace lol. Okay all, I'm gonna have to go for now! Gonna be working out on my elliptical and do some pilattes and weight training. Happy working out, everybody! We can do it! Don't forget to stretch and drink plenty of water! Have fun :)

PS: I am going into a size 16! I am so excited! I actually am wearing a size 16 skirt now. Even though it's as snug as a bug, I'm just happy to be in it all zippered up ;) Getting down to a size 16 was my first goal. I am so absolutely thrilled! I really wanna work for that size 14, size 12, size 10 :)
