I've been alittle lax on posting here but have been very deligent with my dieting. A big surprise!! Usually don't last longer than couple of wks. But it's been almost a month and I'm still going! Haven't had any bad carbs in that whole time and I'm not dying to have some bread or potatoes. THose are my real downfall. I've been walking alot more than I usually do. Must be helping b/c hubby and I walk between an hour and an hour 1/2 and I don't feel like I'm dying!! Scales say I've only lost a couple lbs but I do know that 2 shirts that I haven't been able to wear I can now wear & they are not the least bit tight!! WHOOOPIE!!!!!
