Hello there all my FS buddies and friends. I have to say I feel much better today thank you all for your concern and well wishes. I am back into my routine makes me feel good as I am back to positive thinking and exercise.
I went to the gym and did Zumba ( kept it low key for today) followed with yoga made me sweat in both classes , good detox.
