Little high on my fats today, but not discouraged. I felt better today than I have for a few days, so I think I've shaken whatever was trying to bring me down.
I'm out of healthy snacks at home, so I have to get some tomorrow. If I don't have fruit and low-fat cereal bars around, I'm concerned that I might be tempted by the evil vending machine. It's why I seldom go into the lunch room. I prefer eating away from the office anyway. It's the only way I can really feel like I have a break.
