Up one pound this week. Boo! I guess I went overboard on those Atkins products. It was TOM so I went on a fake chocolate binge. Lol. Plus I was bloated, so that didn't help. Welp, onto the next week, I guess. :/
187.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
