Gained 2 pounds - so upset!!!!! I only worked out 1 day this week just did not have time - but still thought I did okay on the diet...... will definitely lose next week & should have more time to work out.... of course being a certain time of month doesn't help much but don't want to use that as an excuse....

Sue, you could be retaining a lot of water due to that. Chin up, I'm sure you'll see a difference the next weigh-in. Make sure you drink lots of water to help with water retention. I stalled for a week during that time. You're doing great! Just keep doing what you're doing, maybe try to fit some more work-outs in this week if you can, and I'm sure you'll be happy the next time you step on the scales! You have a wonderful day!
