Wow! Had a GREAT weekend and surprised myself with how much some small (or so I thought) food choices made a big impact on staying within the correct Kcals consumed/Kcals burned ratio! I'm a certified cheese-a-holic. Yet, when I made my food choices this weekend I stayed away from cheese on more than one occasion and was quite pleased with my numbers when I added everything up this morning :) Had an AWESOME TIME at the Moody Blues concert last night. Some down-time is a big up-lift. Now to hit my elliptical with a smile on my face!! Have a wonderful, healthy week everyone!!!!!!

I've seen them several times over the deca... er um, I mean years (blush) and they still sound great. Showing their age by playing each song through, then stopping to bow and bask in the love of their fans EVERY TIME. "catch-their-breath" time, I'm sure. But still a class act :)

Now adays these Yong whipper snappers wouldn't know how to write music for one of them there new fangled gitars let alone a whole Symphony. They just rearrange the music someone else wrote and call it their song. Bah!
