Hello, finally i lost more weight, we hadcovid and eat just a little

153.9 lb
Lost so far: 10.1 lb.
Still to go: 28.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you so much, we both got long term covid, but slowly getting back to normal
