HEELLPP!!! As great and awesome as I have felt for getting under 200 and hitting the 50lb mark now I am in a another rut. It's so easy to fall off track but so hard to get back on. I have had about a week and a half of being sick and being bogged down with school work to the point that I have only been on the treadmill one time. WHY am I feeling this way after having so much success and being so close to my goal? I am only 20 lbs away from my goal. I am still eating like I am suppose to but I have gotten off of my exercise routine and I just can't seem to get back into it. I keep finding excuses not to exercise despite me knowing what is gonna happen if I keep on like this. WHYYYYYYY?!?! I am feeling really disappointed in myself and I really need something to give me a boost to get over this hump. Does anyone have any suggestions? What are somethings that anyone has done to help them with this situation? This is the farthest that I have ever made it in losing weight and I don't want to give up but I just can't get motivated and I am feeling very overwhelmed with everything right now:(
