3 short months ago I would never have thought I would be writing tis post. Yesterday I ran 2 straight miles (the first two) on a 4.65 mile trek, combining running and walking for the rest of it. I have to say it wasn't "a breeze" but I did it.It also was 96 degrees outside...cooler temps would have posed less of a challenge for sure! My weight loss has made this stuff easier. I feel like I could walk all day long, the running is the new challenge. Anyone reading this please do not take it as boasting. Im just trying to tell everyone how GOOD getting healthier feels! It took some time to get to this point, setting and meeting personal mini gaols the whole way. WE CAN DO IT!!
