This is a collage that my nutritonist made for a media blast she is doing. She is highliting my story. Ive never posted myself at my heaviest, which was 192. Im 128ish now. I was so unhappy and unhealthy then and feel better than ever now. It can be done!

I think there are different challenges when trying to lose weight as a mature woman for sure! I had to adjust a lot.💜 Golfmarina, Ive been on this journey for 6 years but lost the majority of my weight in about a year and a half-2 years. My original goal was 135 lbs but when I started lifting seriously I lost moreas I became more lean.

Cindyoh, Thank you and you can reach your goal. It does take dedication but I know you got this💜. Erq, Thank you. It is pretty exciting. I was my nutritionists' first client. She was my trainer while she was getting her degree. I feel like I got a 2 for one! She is fabulous! 💜 Wifey, I was skinny all my life until I got a thyroid disorder and then it snowballed from there. I never had to diet so I didn't know what to do. A nutritionist was a game changer for me 💜 Caraken, thank you and you can do it too!💜. Just banana, thanks..and you are right! Great job and as a tour guide. The spot you are at the Grand Canyon with your dog is Yavapai point a little bit west of the geological museum. :)

Mermee, thank you so much! I've worked really hard to lose 67 lbs but sticking with my WOE was essential. I've said this before but getting a nutritionist was a game changer for me. Hope things are well with you and your Twinkies! Miss seeing your posts💜💜💜
