Fat Secret doesn't do macros correctly!!! Look at this example: This works out at 45% protein, 30% carbs, 25%fat. The math is pretty simple take the number of grams protien, 180 multiply by 4 (four calories per gram protein) divide by calories 1606, times by 100 ((180*4)/1606) * 100 = 45% Come on Fat Secret get it right!

@jimporter you carry on as you are mate you are doing brilliantly whatever the maths says! I had no choice but to get into nutrition even before I started a course.. My hubby has this habit of running marathons, fueling his training, feeding him and a family on a budget, you learn to get creative. Plus chucking in the odd pizza for the sons!
